Octus, a leading global provider of credit intelligence, data, and analytics, seeks a Credit Workflow Strategist in New York City. You will partner with the Head of Direct Data Services to institutionalize and scale LevFin workflow knowledge across the team and product suite.

This hybrid role requires deep domain expertise and client-facing excellence. You will translate intricate credit workflows into AI-driven solutions, collaborate with product and engineering, and help optimize workflows for

Qualifications

• Experience in leveraged finance credit markets (buyside, banks, or advisory).
• Proficiency with AI tools and LLMs, emphasis on workflow automation.
• Ability to build client relationships and solve complex operational problems.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple workstreams.
• Experience collaborating with product, data, or engineering teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Codify LevFin workflow intelligence, scaling and expanding solutions knowledge across the broader internal team and product suite.
• Act as a client-facing domain expert and trusted advisor to build relationships and solve complex problems for buyside, sellside, and advisory accounts.
• Investigate and map our users' complex financial processes to embed Octus's AI platform into daily workflows.
• Apply advanced AI and LLM tools to prototype, test, and design tailored workflows that optimize manual credit analysis and research.
• Coordinate with product and engineering teams to translate client feedback into platform enhancements.
