Job summary

Finsight Group Inc in New York is seeking an Analyst for the Leveraged Finance Syndicate / Transaction Management team. You will support a broad range of transaction execution, onboarding, and portfolio management activities across leveraged loans and high yield bonds.

The role offers exposure to the full deal lifecycle, collaboration with bankers, syndicate, sales & trading, credit, legal, and operations, and opportunities to drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Experience in corporate banking, capital markets, syndicated finance, or loan operations is a plus.
• Interest in leveraged finance and capital markets.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team and cross-functional projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Bloomberg is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution and syndication of leveraged loan and high yield bond transactions across corporate, sponsor, and project finance clients.
• KYC and onboarding of new clients and institutional investors for bond and loan transactions.
• Coordinate underwriting approval processes and transaction-related internal governance requirements.
• Support transaction settlements, allocations, fee processing, and issuer payment activities.
• Assist with syndicate administration, investor communications, lender records maintenance, and payment processing for syndicate member institutions.
• Produce and maintain transaction reporting, pipeline reporting, and daily P&L reporting for the Leveraged Finance business.
• Coordinate with Tax, Treasury, Compliance, Regulatory, and Finance teams on transaction-related requests and requirements.
• Support deal teams through the full transaction lifecycle from mandate through closing and post-close administration.
• Participate in special projects and process improvement initiatives across the Leveraged Finance and Syndicate platforms.
