Job summary

Neuberger seeks an experienced Research Analyst to join our Non-Investment Grade Credit team in Chicago. You will help deepen research resources, support high yield and leveraged loan investments, and work with a large team of Analysts, Traders and PMs to strengthen performance.

The role requires 1–2 years of relevant experience, strong communication, and solid accounting and modeling skills. Series 7 & 66 within six months are expected; CFA/MBA is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant research experience (sell-side and/or buy-side).
• Strong written and verbal communication to influence portfolio outcomes.
• Independent, proactive with ownership of investment ideas.
• Excellent quantitative and qualitative analysis of data.
• Strong accounting and financial modeling skills; CFA or MBA preferred.
• Series 7 and 66 within six months of joining.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate industry trends into actionable investment recommendations.
• Produce high quality financial models, credit analyses, and reports.
