Job summary

Tidal Financial Group is seeking a Leverage Trading Associate to implement and manage leveraged ETFs within a fast-paced environment. You will work with the ETF Portfolio Management team to perform day-to-day portfolio management and execution services for ETF issuers.

The role requires a strong understanding of equities, options, and other derivatives, with daily use of Bloomberg and other institutional trading platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience in executing trades across multiple asset classes.
• Strong understanding of leveraged ETFs and derivatives.
• Ability to analyze market trends and implement trading strategies.

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage trades across equities, options, and swaps.
• Handle day-to-day duties in Trading Team operations including trade allocation, settlement, and reconciliation.
• Use Bloomberg or other institutional platforms for efficient trade execution.
• Collaborate with Prime Brokers and Market Makers to achieve best execution and fund efficiencies.
• Stay updated on market trends, economic developments, and trading strategies.
• Ensure performance aligns with fund objectives and delivers competitive returns.
• Proficient in Excel and other Office applications.
• Partner with Portfolio Management to improve trading processes and workflows.
• Work with Operations to support transaction execution and related processes.
• Maintain high quality, independent output and continuously improve operations.
