Job summary

Ideal candidates have 0–2 years in trading, strong market knowledge, excellent communication, and proficient Excel capabilities to support operations and performance objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or quantitative field or relevant experience.
• 0–2 years in trading equities, options, and fixed income, with emphasis on option trading.
• Institutional/RIA trading experience.
• Proficiency with Bloomberg or similar institutional trading platforms.
• Strong understanding of financial markets and trading strategies.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Very high level of competency in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage trades across equities, options, and swaps.
• Handle day-to-day trading operations: trade allocation, position settlement, and reconciliation.
• Utilize Bloomberg or other institutional trading platforms for trade execution.
• Collaborate with Prime Brokers and Market Makers for best execution and fund efficiencies.
• Stay updated with market trends and trading strategies.
• Ensure performance aligns with fund objectives and delivers returns.
• Work with Operations to build solutions enabling transactions and processing.
• Maintain high-quality information with minimal QA support.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders.
