Smith Auto Family in Levelland, TX is seeking 1–2 outgoing sales associates to join our Automotive Sales Team. If you enjoy talking to people, building relationships, and delivering exceptional service, we want to meet you.

No prior sales experience required; we train you in the automotive business. You’ll build a local customer network, demonstrate vehicles, and work retail hours, including Saturdays, with earning potential through commissions and bonuses.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers and your own network of repeat and referral business.

• Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations.
• Follow up and stay connected with customers throughout the buying process and beyond.
• Set goals, track your results, and work with your Sales Manager to improve.
