Greenstar Irrigation Co. is a licensed irrigation company servicing residential and commercial properties in Miami-Dade County for 40 years. Compensation is based on experience, ranging from $18 to $23 per hour. We pay guaranteed overtime, weekly pay, and offer a fuel allowance and PTO. Technicians can earn between $40,000 and $50,000 annually, with opportunities for bonuses and a 401(k) plan.

The ideal candidate will have irrigation repair experience, be able to work independently, and possess a positive attitude and growth mindset. All employees undergo background and motor vehicle record checks. We maintain a drug-free workplace.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair irrigation systems
• Troubleshoot electrical issues using a wire tracker
• Perform wet checks, reset timers, ensure system performance
• Install irrigation components (pumps, timers, valves, heads)
• Understand basic pipe sizing and irrigation design
• Replace and rebuild valves and manifolds
• Expand existing systems
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Perform physical labor with tools like shovels and rakes
