Compensation is based on experience, ranging from $16 to $20 per hour. Technicians can earn between $40,000 and $50,000 annually, with opportunities for bonuses and a 401(k). We offer weekly pay and direct deposit.

Ideal candidate: Background in irrigation repairs and systems, able to work independently. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing irrigation and electrical issues, performing wet checks, resetting timers, installing components, and working physically for long durations.

Strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work as part of a team are essential.
