NFI Industries is seeking a Level II Technician to perform comprehensive maintenance on LP and electric forklifts. The role requires hands-on mechanical skills, tool use, and strong communication to support level 3 technicians and leadership.
Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, tune-ups, battery servicing, and parts replacement. Candidates should be able to lift 75 lbs and work outdoors in various conditions; some travel may be required.
The Level II Technician performs all aspects of MHE planned and unplanned maintenance service on LP or electric equipment. Individual must be an expert in one of the two (LP or electrical) and self-sufficient on all repairs associated to this equipment.
This position requires knowledge of mechanics, hand tools, and basic automotive experience. Must have computer experience, good communication skills and good customer service skills. This position will report to a lead tech or manager level and support level 3 techs.
