Job summary

TriCorps is seeking a Level II Security Officer - SOC Operator in Waco to provide security service support, monitor multiple systems, and respond to incidents affecting clients and sites.

The role requires valid licensure and is part of a team led by the Oklahoma City Manager, with comprehensive benefits eligible.

Qualifications

• Valid State Driver's License.
• TX PSB Level II License.
• Experience in security operations and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary and secondary security service support by following predefined actions for normal activities and critical events.
• Escalate incidents to the operations center and other support groups within the company.
• Respond and alert personnel regarding adverse conditions that may affect the client, its employees, facilities, and/or properties.

Job Skills / Requirements

The SOC Operator is responsible for providing primary and secondary security service support by following pre-defined actions to handle both normal course of business activities and critical events, including escalation to key parties within the operations center and other support groups within the company. The SOC Operator uses a variety of tools that can range from enterprise access control and alarm monitoring systems to various business intelligence sources, open source media, internet, and in-house tools to respond and alert personnel regarding any adverse conditions that may affect the client, its employees, facilities, and/or properties.

Certification Requirements (All)

Valid State Driver's License
TX PSB Level II License
