Clark International is seeking a Security Operations Center (SOC) Operator to monitor and protect client facilities in Omaha, NE. This on-site role focuses on real-time monitoring, incident assessment, and coordinated responses to security events.

The SOC Operator will document actions, escalate appropriately, and collaborate with field personnel and stakeholders to maintain operational continuity and security posture.

Responsibilities

• Monitor enterprise physical security systems including access control, intrusion detection, and video surveillance platforms.
• Analyze alarms, alerts, and operational data to determine threat validity and required response actions.
• Execute established incident response procedures to mitigate risk and ensure operational continuity.
• Perform first-tier incident triage, troubleshooting, and escalation in accordance with SOC protocols.
• Maintain accurate, professional documentation of incidents, actions taken, and follow-up requirements.
• Coordinate with field personnel, client representatives, and internal stakeholders during active events.
• Maintain continuous situational awareness across monitored environments.
• Support response efforts during real-world incidents and operational disruptions.
• Contribute to a culture of professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement within the SOC.

Pay: $27.54 per hour

Schedule: Full-Time

Assigned Shift: 6pm-6am

• Associate degree or relevant professional certifications in security, criminal justice
