Responsibilities

• Answer and document all incoming radio and phone communications professionally.
• Dispatch field security units to incidents with accuracy and urgency.
• Maintain detailed logs of calls, incidents, and officer activity.
• Monitor and issue access badges or keys using security systems.
• Coordinate with operations teams and public safety agencies during events.
• Serve as central communication point for security response during major events.
• Report and elevate maintenance, safety, or facility-related issues.

TriCorps Security is hiring professional and motivated Armed Level III Security Officers to join our team in Houston, Texas. Applicants must hold a valid Texas PSB Level III License (Armed Security Officer) and demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and sound judgment.

This role requires maintaining a strong security presence while protecting people, property, and assets. Officers in this position are also responsible for monitoring surveillance systems, coordinating responses to incidents, and maintaining communication with field units and clients to ensure a safe and efficient security operation.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to emergencies or incidents and provide appropriate assistance.
