Zusammenfassung

DeSHAZO, LLC. is seeking an experienced Level II NDT Inspector to perform non-destructive testing of welds, fabricated components, and manufactured products to ensure compliance with industry standards, customer specifications, and quality requirements.

You will conduct VT, MT, PT, and UT inspections, inspect welds and components for defects, interpret results per codes, and verify drawings and procedures. Maintain records and support audits and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• Current ASNT-TC-1A Level II certification in one or more applicable NDT methods.
• Minimum 2 years of NDT experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or industrial environments.
• Experience inspecting welds, structural steel, and fabricated components.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and welding symbols.
• Working knowledge of AWS, ASME, and ASTM standards.
• Strong attention to detail, documentation, and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Perform Level II NDT inspections using applicable methods, including VT, MT, PT, and UT, as qualified.
• Inspect welds and fabricated components for defects and discontinuities.
• Interpret test results according to applicable codes, standards, and specifications.
• Verify compliance with engineering drawings, welding procedures, customer and quality requirements.
• Document inspection results and maintain accurate records.
• Identify and report nonconforming materials or workmanship.
• Work with Manufacturing, Welding, Engineering, and Quality teams to resolve quality issues.
• Maintain inspection equipment and calibration records.
• Support audits, customer inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives.
