Job summary

ALTERRA MOUNTAIN COMPANY is seeking a Level II Maintenance Technician for Deer Valley. The role covers routine preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs across several building systems and common areas within Signature Collection properties.

You will perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, and texturing work, plus grounds maintenance, snow removal in winter, and landscaping in summer. Strong safety and tool-use skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have at least mid-level maintenance skills across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, woodwork, drywall, and texturing.

Responsibilities

• Perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, and texturing work.
• Grounds maintenance, snow removal, and landscaping in season.
• Troubleshoot and repair pumps, condensers, motors, lighting, and three-phase panels.
• Paint interiors and exteriors.
• Remove/install fixtures and drainage components.
• Troubleshoot water leaks and drainage issues.
• Woodworking on cabinetry, counters, walls, stairs, and doors.
• Other duties as assigned.
