Qualifications

• Assembly experience or ability to follow work instructions and production docs.
• Ability to operate assembly equipment and complete routine tasks independently.
• Ability to recognize defects and communicate concerns clearly.
• Experience with SAP or production systems for traceability and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine assembly and packaging using standard work and docs.
• Operate designated assembly equipment safely and effectively.
• Complete basic setup/changeover with limited guidance.
• Verify components, traceability information, part orientation, and material flow.
• Perform in-process inspections and identify defects.
• Communicate issues to appropriate resources.
• Complete production, quality, SAP, and cell documentation accurately.
• Maintain safety, housekeeping, and teamwork standards.
