Job summary

Swagelok in Solon, Ohio is seeking an Associate for assembly and packaging work on the 2nd shift. You will operate designated equipment, follow standard work, and support the company’s quality and productivity goals.

Responsibilities include assembling components, performing in-process inspections, maintaining safety, and documenting production in SAP. The role emphasizes reliability, teamwork, and a proactive approach to daily tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Assembly experience preferred or related job aptitude (e.g. ability to follow basic instructions).
• Able to recognize functional and cosmetic defects.
• Able to navigate computer to access SAP, documents, qualification report etc.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components into products and operate packaging equipment.
• Perform daily / routine set-up and follow standard work.
• Complete daily documentation (tally sheet, cell board production) and in-process inspection.
• Plan and prioritize daily orders and maintain safety and housekeeping standards.
• Perform job related administrative tasks using SAP and support process improvements.
