Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Assembly experience preferred or related aptitude (follow basic instructions).
• Able to recognize functional and cosmetic defects.
• Responsible for the assembly, testing, and packaging of product.
• Requires the use of assembly equipment and standard work.
• Able to navigate computer to access SAP, documents, qualification reports.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and package products and operate assembly equipment.
• Support Swagelok’s operating plan and values.
• Plan and prioritize daily orders and maintain safety.
• Perform daily equipment maintenance and clean up.
• Complete daily production documentation and SAP entries.
• Troubleshoot to resolve basic assembly and testing issues.
• Train on new production orders as needed.
• Maintain product knowledge of parts and configurations.
