Qualifications

• ASE certs preferred
• 5+ years experience as automotive technician or equivalent hands-on training
• Solid understanding of vehicle systems - engine, transmission, brakes, electrical, and diagnostics
• Own set of hand tools (tool allowance provided)
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to read and interpret diagnostic codes and manuals
• Strong communication skills - explain repair needs to service writers and customers
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced shop environment
• Never give up mindset when solving tough diagnostic problems
