Summary

The Suite Level Attendant is responsible for assisting with and coordinating every aspect of food and beverage service to 10-20 suites on an event day. This role serves as the direct contact for suite holders and their guests during the event. The Level Attendant will lead by example with high standards and customer service, maintaining clear priorities and communication with Suite level staff and management.

The Suite Level Attendant is responsible for assisting with and coordinating every aspect of food and beverage service to 10-20 suites on an event day. This role serves as the direct contact for suite holders and their guests during the event. The Level Attendant will lead by example with high standards and customer service, maintaining clear priorities and communication with Suite level staff and management.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet staff pre-shift to review and highlight the daily operation.
• Keep management informed of delivery times and issues affecting guest visits.
• Act as the primary contact for employees and suite holders.
• Follow stadium guidelines for conduct, delivery timelines, and guest services to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Perform special projects and assignments as required.

Supervisory Responsibilities

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Skills and Qualifications

• Prior banquet or restaurant experience.
• Experience dealing with high-profile guests.
• Organized and attentive to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to perform basic math functions.

• Availability for pre-season, regular season, and post-season Patriots games.
