What You’ll Do
  • Diagnostics & Repair
    • Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues
    • Perform in-depth troubleshooting on diesel engines, trailers, and fleet equipment
    • Handle jobs that go beyond basic service; this is where your expertise matters
  • Quality Workmanship
    • Complete repairs accurately and efficiently with minimal supervision
    • Ensure all work meets company and industry standards
    • Stand behind your work, reducing comebacks and repeat repairs
    • Preventative maintenance
  • Maintenance & Inspections
    • Perform thorough inspections to identify potential issues before they become major problems
    • Complete preventative maintenance services with attention to detail
  • Team Support
    • Assist and mentor junior technicians when needed
    • Collaborate with the Service Manager and team to keep workflow moving
    • Communicate clearly about job status, parts needs, and potential delays
  • Shop Responsibility
    • Maintain tools and equipment in good working order
    • Keep your workspace clean, organized, and safe
    • Follow all safety procedures and best practices
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of hands‑on diesel technician experience
  • Strong diagnostic skills (electrical, mechanical, hydraulic)
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems efficiently
  • Experience with fleet maintenance and repair
  • Own tools required (specialty tools a plus)
  • CDL and/or certifications are a plus, but not required
