Expect travel for competitions along the east coast on weekends and some Fridays. The ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and hard-working, with USAG membership and at least 5 years of coaching experience.

Qualifications

• USAG membership with up-to-date certifications.
• Minimum 5 years experience coaching.
• Balance coaching style: tough when needed, but positive feedback.

Responsibilities

• Coaching levels 6-10 on all four events, including hands-on spotting.
• Flexible schedule with evenings and Saturday mornings; summer mornings/early afternoons.
• Travel to competitions along the east coast on weekends and some Fridays.
• Plan lessons, drills, stations, and rotations; develop routines and integrate skills when ready.
