Job summary

ASM Global-SMG is seeking a part-time Head Gymnastics Team Coach to lead practices and competitions. The role involves planning sessions focused on skill development and maintaining athlete safety. The ideal candidate should have CPR certification and prior coaching experience.

Candidates must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and have a collaborative spirit. Compensation includes an hourly rate of $22.00, paid leave, and 401(k) eligibility.

Qualifications

• Must possess current CPR certification.
• Certified Instructor (USAG/USTA) or equivalent; additional specialty/certifications preferred.
• Previous gymnastics/tumbling/trampoline teaching or coaching experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead structured team practices focused on skill development.
• Coach athletes during practices, competitions, and events.
• Communicate important updates and announcements to families.
