Job summary

CLF Consultants LLC (DBA: CLFC Healthcare & Communications) seeks Level 4 Respite Care Providers for military families in in-home settings nationwide. You deliver advanced care including tube feedings, seizure response, and monitoring of home medical equipment.

Shifts are part-time, flexible, hourly (W-2) with scheduling between early morning and midnight, seven days a week. Travel-based rotations with enhanced pay may apply; BRIDGE app matches care plans to verified skills.

Qualifications

RN license or LPN license with clinical experience
Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 2+ years of complex care experience
CPR certificate with hands-on, in-person assessment required
Competency in tracheostomy care, enteral feeding, or similar complex-care skills

Responsibilities

Deliver one-on-one care for members with complex medical needs per service plan.
Perform complex tasks including seizure monitoring, tube feedings, tracheotomy suctioning, and monitoring home medical equipment.
Provide full daily living support: meals, bathing, feeding, toileting, lifting, positioning, dressing.
Maintain a safe care environment; arrive on time and complete scheduled service period.
Document visits clinically and report condition changes promptly.
