Job summary

Lithia & Driveway is seeking a Certified Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Technician to join our Bryan service team. You will work on the full Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram lineup, using OEM diagnostic tools and factory procedures to diagnose and repair vehicles.

We offer a high-volume shop environment with opportunities for advancement into Master Technician, Diesel Specialist, Shop Foreman, or Service Leadership roles while benefiting from a comprehensive rewards program and ongoing Stellantis/Mopar

Qualifications

• 3+ years automotive technician experience.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
• Experience with OEM diagnostic equipment and repair procedures.
• Knowledge of gasoline, diesel, electrical systems.
• Valid driver27s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles according to manufacturer standards.
• Perform advanced diagnostics on engine, transmission, electrical, drivability, HVAC, suspension, steering, and braking systems.
• Utilize OEM diagnostic software, scan tools, and service information systems.
• Complete customer-pay, warranty, and internal repairs accurately and efficiently.
• Perform comprehensive vehicle inspections and recommend needed repairs.
• Maintain accurate repair orders and documentation.
• Collaborate with Service Advisors, Parts Personnel, and fellow Technicians to ensure timely vehicle completion.
• Stay current with OEM training and certification requirements.
• Deliver high-quality workmanship while meeting productivity goals.

• Current CDJR/Stellantis Certifications preferred
• 3+ years of automotive technician experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
• Experience with OEM diagnostic equipment and repair procedures
• Knowledge of gasoline, diesel, electrical, and advanced vehicle systems
• ASE Certifications are a plus
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
