Job summary

Precision Castparts Corp. seeks a Thread/Grind Operator Level 2 for the 3rd shift in Langhorne, PA. You will perform intermediate manufacturing tasks, basic machine setups, and in-process inspections while following safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include loading parts, interpreting work orders, using calipers and micrometers, and documenting production data. Prior grinding/rolling experience is preferred; ability to work overtime and across teams is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience with grinding, rolling, or related processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Obtain assignments from Lead/Supervisor/Manager.
• Operate and set up assigned equipment safely.
• Load/unload materials and position parts for processing.
• Perform in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, and comparators.
• Interpret work orders and process documentation accurately.
• Complete production reports and quality documentation.
