Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic shop math with fractions and decimals.
• Knowledge of inspection tools and proper use.
• Basic print reading.

• Ability to interact with computers and CNC at a basic level.
• 0-2 years of experience in mechanical processes.

Responsibilities

• Work safely under PPE and functional safety guidelines.
• Safely load and unload product into a machine.
• Use sample parts, blueprints, and schematics to determine methods and order of operations.
• Follow procedures to protect machines and products during loading and transport.
• Monitor and adjust CNC offsets to maintain quality.
• Perform in-process inspections and verify dimensional tolerances.
• Perform first article inspection and buyoff.
• Meet production demands.
• Overtime may be required.
• Other duties as assigned.
