Qualifications

• Master of Science or Master of Arts in Speech-Language Pathology, or dual certification with licensure in Ohio (or WV license).
• CCC-SLP/Certificate of Clinical Competence within 12 months of start date and ongoing maintenance.
• BLS certification required.
• Maintain compliance in RQI.

Responsibilities

• Complete therapy evaluations based on diagnostic and prognostic testing methods.
• Independently provide treatment modalities and techniques safely and effectively.
• Demonstrate effective teaching skills.
• Complete documentation thoroughly and per policy, ACHC standards.
• Collaborate with other providers to optimize patient outcomes.
• Perform other duties as needed.
