Job summary

OhioHealth Inpatient Rehabilitation Hospital in Dublin, OH is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for per diem coverage. The role requires evaluating patients, developing and adjusting treatment plans, and coordinating with therapy teams to support functional recovery.

A state license is required, with CCC or completion within 90 days of hire encouraged. The position offers a $52 per hour rate and a $2,500 sign-on bonus, with opportunity for advancement and benefits eligibility based on hours

Responsibilities

• Evaluates all assigned patients and develops, implements and modifies treatment plan in accordance with the patient’s need and physician direction.
• Delivers and delegates discipline-specific therapy services for assigned patients.
• Ensures functional treatment programs support a safe return to community activities.
• Educates patients, families, students, co-workers and self.
• Performs other professional duties associated with care of the patient and program delivery.
• Coordinates treatment program with other clinical/therapeutic services as available community resources.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current state licensure as Speech Language Pathologist required.
• Certified CLS or completion in first 90 days of employment required

Preferred Qualifications

• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech Language Pathology from the American Speech-Language & Hearing Association preferred
