Riverstone Communities LLC is seeking Maintenance Technicians for Meadows Mobile Home Park in Melbourne, FL. The role involves plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general maintenance to keep the property in excellent condition.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in property maintenance or related trades, enjoy outdoor work, and can operate basic equipment. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in residential or commercial property maintenance or in a technical field such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC.
• 3+ years of experience in groundskeeping and/or landscaping.
• 3+ years of experience in carpentry, painting, flooring, drywalling, installing windows/doors, roofing, or framing.

Responsibilities

• Perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general maintenance tasks at Meadows Mobile Home Park.
• Oversee curb appeal and groundskeeping to meet Riverstone Communities’ standards.
• Read water meters, complete work orders promptly, and ensure safety compliance.
• Attend training classes online or virtually and apply skills on site.

We are currently seeking Maintenance Technicians for our Meadows Mobile Home Park located at 1100 Estates Lane Melbourne, FL 32934.

Job Duties:

• Plumbing work such as repairing or replacing faucets and toilets, operating a sewer cleanout auger, diagnosing and repairing a simple water leak
• Electrical work such as light fixtures, GFCI’s, understanding lightbulb wattage, replacing breakers and fuses, replacing outlets and light switches
• Carpentry work such as building stairs and ramps, framing doors and windows, installing landscaping timbers
• Additional residential repairs including replacing/installing floors, installing siding and skirting, installing/replacing doors and windows, drywalling and painting
• Oversee the curb appeal of the community and make sure it is up to Riverstone Communities’ standards which includes:
  • Picking up trash around the community
  • Groundskeeping including lawn mowing, planting flowers, weeding/weed eating, etc
• Complete clean outs of homes
• Read water meters for each home
• Finish work orders in an efficient and timely manner
• Take training classes online/virtually via a computer or tablet
• Complete day to day duties with minimal supervision
• Adhere to all safety laws and regulations
• Conduct regular inventory checks on equipment and supplies
• Other duties as qualified and trained to do so

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in residential or commercial property maintenance OR in a technical field such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC
• 3+ years of experience in groundskeeping and/or landscaping
• 3+ years of experience in some of the following: carpentry, painting (indoor/outdoor), flooring, drywalling, installing windows and doors, roofing, or framing
• Ability to be very active - walking, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 pounds
• Willing to work outside in all weather conditions
• Willingness to use technology/learn technology in a basic capacity
• Ability to legally operate a motor vehicle (drive to different locations on the property) with a valid driver’s license

**Specific maintenance knowledge/skills will be tested for accuracy.
