Qualifications

Join Our Team as a Level 2 Maintenance Technician

We are currently seeking a qualified Level 2 Maintenance Technician to work at two of our communities: Hobe Sound Mobile Home Park located at 11090 SE Federal Highway, Hobe Sound, FL 33455-5166, and Hobe Village Mobile Home Park at 11411 SE Federal Highway, Hobe Sound, FL 33455.

Job Duties:

• Plumbing repairs including faucets, toilets, sewer cleanouts, water leak diagnosis and repair
• Electrical work such as lighting fixtures, GFCIs, outlets, and breaker/fuse replacement
• Maintain community curb appeal: trash pickup, groundskeeping, lawn mowing, planting, weeding
• Complete home clean outs
• Finish work orders efficiently and timely
• Read water meters for each home
• Perform daily duties with minimal supervision
• Follow all safety laws and regulations
• Conduct inventory checks on equipment and supplies
• Participate in online/virtual training classes

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in general labor, groundskeeping, landscaping, or property maintenance
• 1-2 years of experience in basic residential plumbing
• Ability to be active: walking, bending, standing, lifting up to 50 pounds
• Comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Willingness to learn and use technology
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a vehicle on-site

Specific maintenance skills will be tested for accuracy.
