Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking an Assembly Mechanic Level 2 for our Phoenix, AZ site. You will assemble, test, and maintain mechanical components, reporting to the Assembly Supervisor on first shift, 05:30–14:30. The role focuses on quality, safety, and timely production in a fast-paced environment.

You will read blueprints, use hand and power tools, and collaborate with teammates to meet schedules while upholding safety standards in manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical assembly in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and basic testing equipment used in assembly processes.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain high standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical components and systems according to detailed instructions and blueprints.
• Perform routine inspections and testing to verify the quality and functionality of assembled products.
• Maintain and troubleshoot assembly tools and equipment to ensure efficient operation.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and quality standards.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
