Honeywell Aerospace is seeking an Assembly Mechanic FAA - Level 2 for the 1st shift at our Phoenix, AZ facility. You will assemble, test, and maintain mechanical components and systems to meet stringent quality and safety standards, reporting to the Assembly Supervisor on-site.

This role emphasizes hands-on work, adherence to blueprints and routine testing, teamwork to hit production goals, and commitment to a safe workplace.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in mechanical assembly in manufacturing.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools and basic testing equipment.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions while maintaining safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical components and systems according to detailed instructions and blueprints.
• Perform routine inspections and testing to verify the quality and functionality of assembled products.
• Maintain and troubleshoot assembly tools and equipment to ensure efficient operation.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and quality standards.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
