Job summary

Vigilant Compliance is seeking a Level 1 Tech to join the internal IT team. Based in Chadds Ford, PA, this role covers internal tasks in a team setting, with a competitive salary, annual base increases, paid holidays, vacation days, 401k with match, and additional benefits.

You will serve as the first point of contact for users, manage help desk tickets, monitor PCs and servers using RMM/PSA tools, and support Level 2 staff as needed.

Qualifications

• Entry level to 2 years of IT support experience.
• Familiar with Helpdesk, RMM and tenant management services.
• Experience supporting Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for users with technical issues.
• Manage and organize IT projects and help desk tickets.
• Assist users with information systems and programs as needed.

Vigilant Compliance is seeking a Level 1 Tech to join the internal IT team of their Firm. Based in Chadds Ford, PA, this position takes on internal tasks in a team-based work environment. Key Qualifications:

• Entry level – 2 years of experience
• Familiarity with principles of Helpdesk, RMM, and tenant management services
• Familiarity with supporting Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 environments
• Knowledge of basic networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)
• Ability to troubleshoot basic networking issues
• Ability to explain technical concepts in a digestible way
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple requests and work independently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working for an internal IT team/department (RMM/PSA tools, multi-client environment)
• CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent certifications
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity best practices
