Job summary

Gills Point S Tire & Auto is seeking a Level 1 Mechanic to diagnose and repair brake systems, steering, suspension, charging, and general vehicle systems. You will perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs in a team-focused, safety-conscious shop environment with stable hours and ongoing training.

The role emphasizes quality workmanship, adherence to shop standards, and clear communication with customers and service advisors.

Qualifications

• Automotive technical training preferred.
• 2–4 years of professional automotive repair experience.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing brake systems, steering & suspension, charging systems.
• ASE A4 and A5 preferred or willingness to earn certifications with company support.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Keep accurate repair documentation and service records.
