Job summary

Guitar Center is seeking a Lessons Lead to ensure a premier experience for customers and students by selling lesson and rehearsal packages, answering questions, and guiding tours of the Lessons facility.

The role emphasizes customer focus, strong communication, and leadership to mentor instructors, manage schedules, expand curriculum sales, and maintain smooth operations across the lesson program. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant work experience in musical instruction (admin, retail non-instruction, etc.)
• Must be able to lift up to 25lbs
• Intermediate proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Responsibilities

• Increase student count through sales and promotions
• Sell rehearsal space
• Communicate with parents and students for a positive experience
• Coordinate lesson schedules with instructors
• Maintain and grow curriculum sales
• Ensure systems are functioning properly
• Maintain facility lesson/rehearsal schedules
• Handle additional duties as assigned
