Job summary

Guitar Center Stores, Inc. seeks a Lessons Lead to ensure a premier learning experience in our lessons facility. You will drive sales of lesson and rehearsal packages, greet customers, answer questions, and guide tours of the Lessons area to showcase programs.

You will manage instructor schedules, support curriculum sales growth, and coordinate with parents and students to deliver an exceptional, welcoming educational environment. The role emphasizes customer focus and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant work experience in musical instruction or retail music education.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Increase student count by driving sales and promotions.
• Sell rehearsal space and lesson packages.
• Communicate with parents and students to ensure a positive experience.
• Coordinate lesson schedules with instructors’ availability.
• Maintain and grow curriculum sales.
• Ensure systems and equipment are functioning properly.
• Manage lesson and rehearsal schedules for the facility.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
