Guitar Center is seeking a dedicated Lessons Lead to ensure an outstanding experience for customers and students by selling lesson and rehearsal packages, answering questions, and guiding facility tours. You will shepherd instructor schedules and help grow curriculum sales while maintaining an engaging, supportive environment for learners.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant work experience in musical instruction or related roles.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Increase the student count within the lesson program by driving and maintaining sales and promotional programs.
• Sell rehearsal space.
• Communicate with parents and students to ensure a positive experience.
• Coordinate lesson schedules with instructors to align with availability.
