Job summary

Arc GLOW is seeking a Residential Manager to oversee a single home and the staff, ensuring operations comply with Federal and State regulations while promoting a positive atmosphere for residents. You will supervise employees, develop and monitor the Residential Habilitation plan and Life Plan for each person supported, and coordinate with families and providers.

The role requires strong communication and organizational skills, a NYS driver’s license, and prior supervisory experience in a 24/7

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in a Human Services role required.
• Previous supervisory experience in a 24/7 residential setting preferred.
• A valid NYS driver's license with an acceptable driving record, per agency policy, and reliable transportation to and from work is required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• The physical ability to transfer and lift people with mobility restraints.
• The drive to help others with personal goals and work in a team environment.
• The ability to efficiently use a computer.

Responsibilities

Residential Managers at Arc GLOW oversee a single home and the employees assigned to that home. Our Managers are responsible for the operation, staffing, and quality of services while ensuring the house operates in accordance with Federal and State regulations. They provide oversight and support to those that live in the home and the employees who work there by planning, coordinating, supporting and promoting a positive atmosphere. Salaried position at $62,358.40 per year.
