Arc GLOW is seeking a Residential Manager to oversee a single home and staff, ensuring quality services and regulatory compliance. You will supervise employees, coordinate the Residential Habilitation plan and Life Plan for each person supported, and foster a collaborative, person-centered environment.

Requirements include a high school diploma, experience in human services, supervisory background in a 24/7 setting, and a NYS driver's license. We offer benefits and a supportive team.

Job description

Residential Managers at Arc GLOW oversee a single home and the employees assigned to that home. Our Managers are responsible for the operation, staffing, and quality of services while ensuring the house operates in accordance with Federal and State regulations. They provide oversight and support to those that live in the home and the employees who work there by planning, coordinating, supporting and promoting a positive atmosphere. Salaried position at $62358.40 per year.

WHAT WOULD I BE DOING?

• Provide direct supervision and evaluation of employees.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE POSITION:

• High School diploma or equivalent required

• A valid NYS driver's license with an acceptable driving record, per agency policy, and reliable transportation to and from work is required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
