Qualifications

• BS or MS in Chemical Engineering, Biochemical Engineering, Biological Sciences, Biotechnology, or related field with 2-4 years of industry experience; or viral product process development experience.
• Experience with purification of biologics, cell/gene therapy, RNA therapeutics, or viral vector modalities.
• Hands-on chromatography, clarification, depth filtration, UF/DF, sterile filtration, and scale-up.
• Strong data analysis, experimental design, and technical documentation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; cross-functional teamwork; prefer tech transfer experience to GMP manufacturing.
• Occasional weekend work; up to 10% travel.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute downstream studies for lentiviral products under guidance.
• Perform chromatography, filtration, UF/DF, and formulation experiments; use automated high-throughput systems.
