Major Duties & Responsibilities

• Welcome all customers and set expectations
• Custom fit glasses & place prescription in lenses accurately
• Act as a leader in optical acumen
• Take & record measurements, adjust/fit eyewear with attention to detail, ensuring finished eyewear meets standards & customer needs
• Assist team with complex product needs & prescriptions
• Accurately use technology despite time pressure & customer volume, demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and appropriate tool use
• Proactively explore root causes of issues, forward‑think to ensure customer satisfaction and expectations are exceeded, solution‑driven
• Multi‑task, prioritize & manage time amid competing priorities
• Strive to achieve exceptional results on Brand KPIs & competencies
• Maintain store appearance, help keep the store clean, attractive & organized
• Inform management of safety opportunities and demonstrate safe work practices
• Be resourceful, self‑motivated, with a desire for continual learning, improvement & results
• Adhere to company policies & procedures, including discounts, promotions & inventory management

Basic Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent
• State licensure
• Optical dispensing experience

• Selling skills – ability to use & carry an iPad/tablet

Pay Range and Benefits

Pay Range: $33.69 - $39.02

Employee pay is determined by factors such as geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first‑class total rewards package.
