Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in residential electrical construction.

• Clean driving history and ability to pass pre-employment screens.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Train, mentor, and develop field personnel to meet safety and workmanship standards.
• Ensure technicians follow NEC requirements and local codes.
• Lead by example in safe work practices and installation techniques.
• Review daily schedules and direct field crews to stay on track.

Job Description:

The Electrical Field Supervisor oversees daily field operations and leads electrical crews to ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable electrical codes and company standards. This role emphasizes crew leadership, training, and field coordination, while also performing hands‑on electrical work as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Train, mentor, and develop field personnel to ensure adherence to company quality, safety, and workmanship standards
• Ensure technicians are following NEC requirements, state and local codes, and internal safety policies
• Lead by example in safe work practices and proper electrical installation techniques
• Review daily schedules and provide direction to field crews
• Monitor job progress and crew performance to ensure efficiency and consistency
• Address workmanship issues and provide corrective guidance when standards are not met
• Communicate with management and office staff regarding job status, crew needs, and field conditions
• Identify and report safety hazards, job site issues, or operational concernsAssist with electrical installations, repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting as required
• Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment in safe operating condition
• Complete required documentation such as daily reports, time records, and job notes

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Knowledge of electrical plans and local codes
• 4 plus years' experience in Residential electrical construction
• Clean driving history
• Must be willing to undergo a pre-employment criminal, driving and drug screen
• High school diploma or equivalent
