Loyal Source is seeking a Security Service Technician II to support a long-term DHA program at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in Bethesda, MD. The role focuses on service, maintenance, troubleshooting, audits, and lifecycle support for Lenel electronic security systems.

The ideal candidate has a Lenel OnGuard certification, strong experience with Lenel access control, and the ability to manage site surveys and documentation while maintaining compliance with federal requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years installing, servicing, and maintaining electronic security systems.
• Active Lenel OnGuard Certification (latest version).
• Strong hands-on experience supporting Lenel access control systems.
• Experience with video surveillance platforms and security integrations.
• Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Experience troubleshooting access control hardware, control panels, power supplies, locking devices, and network-connected security equipment.
• Ability to pass a Tier 2 federal background investigation.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Support the complete lifecycle of Lenel electronic security systems, including site surveys, system installations, device configuration, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, audits, documentation, and customer support.
• Support approximately 12-15 buildings through a rolling audit and maintenance program; strong troubleshooting and service experience are critical.
• Respond to emergency service tickets as needed (up to 80 hours annually).
• Handle installation responsibilities as required.
