Loyal Source is seeking a Security Service Technician II (Lenel Certified) to support a long-term federal security program at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in Bethesda, MD. The role focuses on service, maintenance, troubleshooting, audits, and lifecycle support for Lenel electronic security systems across multiple facilities.

The ideal candidate has a strong Lenel OnGuard background, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently with moderate supervision.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience installing, servicing, and maintaining electronic security systems.
• Active Lenel OnGuard Certification (latest version) required.
• Strong hands-on experience supporting Lenel access control systems and video platforms.

Responsabilités

• Support the full lifecycle of Lenel security systems, from surveys to maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Perform site audits, documentation, and customer support with moderate supervision.
• Travel not specified; on-site duties at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center.
