Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a progressive financial setting with lending experience.
• Strong knowledge of adult-learning theory and training best practices.
• Ability to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs for diverse learners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Train new and existing staff in lending processes, policies, and regulations.
• Facilitate ongoing education on products, underwriting, compliance, and remediation.
• Guide users through LOS and internal systems to improve efficiency.
• Monitor participant progress and report insights to managers.
• Develop and update training content and knowledge center materials.
• Present material clearly to groups, in person or remotely.
