Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience administering CRM platforms and supporting business systems.
• Experience with data structures, reporting, and analysis.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain CRM and lending platforms, including user account management and access controls.
• Monitor integrations and data flows; coordinate resolution with partners as needed.
• Triage, document, and escalate system requests and issues; provide user support and training.
• Build and maintain lending CRM journeys; perform QA testing across channels and conditions.
• Generate recurring reports and analyze data related to journeys, engagement, and system usage.
