Aufgaben

• Start loan process for requests and annual reviews in LendingCloud as directed by lenders.
• Assist Loan Officers by obtaining information needed for loans (UCC searches, appraisals, title searches, etc.).
• Request and assemble loan documents for closings; perform quality control to match credit authority.
• Prepare funding spreadsheets and process closing documents; assist with post-closing tasks.
• Provide outstanding customer service to internal and external customers; maintain compliance and relationships.
