About the Role:

We’re looking for a strategic problem-solver who’s passionate about operational excellence, customer success, and continuous improvement. As a Lending Operations Analyst , you'll be at the heart of how we support and scale our loan servicing and issue remediation efforts — driving solutions for small business customers and shaping the future.

What You’ll Do:

• Investigate and resolve complex customer issues across multiple loan products and servicing platforms.
• Track and analyze escalations, identify patterns, and recommend policy or process improvements.
• Support loan servicing workflows (fraud claims, wire/check processing, credit reporting disputes, bankruptcy, hardship, and complaint resolution).
• Create, update, and organize policy documentation and training materials for the servicing team.
• Monitor agent performance through QA processes and help improve customer servicing experiences.
• Partner with compliance to ensure loan servicing meets regulatory standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years in lending operations, loan servicing, or collections — ideally in a FinTech or fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical thinking and comfort working with ambiguity.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with lending regulations and a customer-first mindset.
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
