This job is responsible for answering inbound calls and initiating outbound calls within a call center to assist clients with financing options such as home purchases, refinancing, or home equity lines of credit. Key responsibilities include analyzing clients' financial goals, recommending suitable lending products, submitting mortgage applications, gathering supporting documentation, and maintaining communication throughout the loan process. This position requires SAFE Act registration and adherence to related regulations.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional client care
  • Answer inbound and make outbound calls to guide clients in finding the best lending solutions
  • Use multiple technology systems to assist customers and referral partners
  • Follow lending policies and manage risks effectively
  • Maintain regular communication with clients and partners via calls, email, and messaging systems
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling bank products through client conversations
Required Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of sales, mortgage, or contact center experience
  • Strong client relationship and care mentality
