Skills and Competencies

  • Strong customer service skills.

Education

Bachelor's degree required; concentration in Finance, Accounting, or Computer Science is a plus

Responsibilities

In this role, you will support Moody’s Analytics clients in using our Lending Solutions products. Your tasks will include troubleshooting platform errors, configuration and data issues, advising clients on platform use, and introducing new features to enhance their lending experience. You will collaborate with client delivery and engineering teams to escalate code and configuration issues.

This role offers a chance to develop a career in financial technology services by supporting top-tier software. You will gain broad knowledge of lending, credit risk, and platform configuration, ensuring our products and models are used effectively to add value to our clients’ businesses.

  • Providing conceptual solutions to a diverse client base.
  • Educating clients on product features, functionality, and architecture.
  • Supporting clients via web, email, and phone in a professional, courteous, and timely manner.
  • Building strong working relationships with colleagues across departments.
  • Giving feedback to sales and training teams about client needs and opportunities.
  • Gathering and channeling client feedback on product features.
  • Creating content for the client Knowledge Base.
  • Managing and escalating requests while maintaining ownership of client interactions.

About the team

We operate in a fast-paced environment supporting Moody’s Lending Solutions products.

For US-based roles, the salary range is $56,300 - $81,650, depending on experience, education, skills, and location. The role includes incentive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package, including health coverage, paid leave, 401(k), insurance, stock purchase plan, and tuition reimbursement.
